Oak Park Art League: $500 to establish a volunteer recruitment and training program

Oak Park Festival Theatre: $1,500 to support Family Days performances of summer shows

Community Building

Oak Park Area Lesbian and Gay Association: $3,000 to support drop-in programs for youth and adults

Oak Park Regional Housing Center: $2,500 to design, produce and distribute a new agency brochure

Oak Park-River Forest Legacy Partners: $1,000 for a publicity campaign to promote planned giving

South East Oak Park Community Organization: $1,050 for organizational and board capacity building activities

Volunteer Center: $500 for community workshops to identify issues around which to promote collaboration

Way Back Inn/Grateful House: $500 for landscape beautification of an Oak Park treatment home

Education

Animal Care League: $2,000 for supplies and staff for humane education programs for children

Collaboration for Early Childhood Care and Education: $1,500 for training for early childhood educators to increase access to preschool programs for children with disabilities

Literacy Volunteers of Western Cook County: $700 for outreach to tutors and students

Oak Park & River Forest Day Nursery: $2,330 for art supplies for child care programs

River Forest Public Library: $2,000 for after school programs

Steckman Studio of Music: $1,000 for after school African drum class for at risk students at Julian and Brooks Middle Schools

Wonder Works Children's Museum: $750 for Black History Month programming

Health & Human Services

Aspire of Illinois: $500 for supplies for feeding and oral-motor therapy program for children with disabilities and their families

Community Support Services: $2150 for Art Time program for developmentally disabled children and their siblings

Family Service & Mental Health Center of Oak Park & River Forest: $500 for nutrition education class for clients

Hephzibah Children's Association: $2,800 to support mentoring program for children living in group homes

Infant Welfare Clinic of Oak Park and River Forest: $2,507 for dental hygiene and toothbrush exchange program through area child care centers

Lutheran Child & Family Services of Illinois: $250 for a public awareness campaign for Foster Care

Oak Leyden Developmental Services: $1,500 for early intervention integration project developmental screenings and family treatment and support

Parenthesis: $700 for video equipment and supplies to support all programs

PCC Community Wellness Center: $3,000 for snacks and incentive gifts for clients in the maternal and child health education sessions

Sarah's Inn: $500 for community outreach and education about domestic violence

Seguin Services, Inc.: $2,000 for computer, software, internet access and training for supported homes for people with disabilities

Vital Bridges: $3,000 for food for low-income residents living with HIV/AIDS
